Frequently Asked Question's
How do we book you?
First, we'll discuss visual communication goals of your photo session. Afterwards, I'll provide a detailed quote and contract which will require your approval. Once approved by you, a deposit for 50% of the quoted cost is required to book the session with me. Proof of payment will be provided electronically. The remaining balance is due on the day of the portrait session. Cash, credit card, and e-transfer (preferred) are accepted.
How do we get our photos?
A password protected gallery is created specifically for you to review your photos, to mark which ones are your favourite, to share collections with colleagues, friends or family and to download all of your high resolution imagery. You can even purchase wall art, prints, cards, albums and books through the online store.
Do you retouch photos?
Yes. I do a little post-processing for each photo, all photos receive minor touches / edits. Details like the vibrancy, brightness, shadows, sharpness, and etcetera are adjusted or corrected as appropriate. In some instances blemishes, lint or other small details are removed.
What's your turn around time?
Unless otherwise specified, branding sessions are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks of the session.
