As part of our commitment to hospitality, we introduced an innovative QR code gallery system. Guests could easily scan a code displayed at the event and register their email for instant access to their photos when they became available.
This feature simplified the process for everyone:
- 110 email registrations allowed guests direct access to their images without waiting for a link from the organizers.
- Guests were able to enjoy their photos as soon as they were uploaded, reinforcing the excitement of the gala experience.
